Inturrpting to the authority have cost WWE Intercontinental Champion as he have to face 6 other wrestlers in Intercontinental Championship Ladder Match. This was happen at WWE RAW on 21st March when Kevin Owens interrupted a phone call Stephanie was on, due to running from the ring after his proposed triple threat number one contender’s match on the show.

According to Wrestlezone.com "Owens was put in the match after interrupting a phone call Stephanie was on, due to running from the ring after his proposed triple threat number one contender’s match on the show. Instead of introducing the original match participants (The Miz, Dolph Ziggler and Sami Zayn), Owens pulled a bait and switch and announced Stardust, Zack Ryder and Sin Cara as they came to the ring.

Following the match segment, Stephanie informed Owens he would defend his title at Wrestlemania 32 against all six men that were just in the ring, and since he was talking about the ‘ladder to success’ it would be a ladder match."
